Machotaildrop

This looks like a cool and bizarre indie film I would like to see! Isn't that the actor from Paranoid Park?
He might have a nice little career for a while... a skater who act as well ;-) DIrected by Corey Adams...

Fallon - BBC Radio 4

I was back in the UK last weekend and these beautifully shot ads are doing the rounds at the moment.
Different for Fallon, reminds a lot of the Jonathan Glazer ads for Guinness or some sequences in Sexy Beast.

These ads have been directed by WIZ though, with post-production by The Mill, great job!

A flashmob too far! Dr Pepper... Tragic :-(

When you have a heritage like Dr Pepper, surely you can do better then this?

This will do more damage than good unfortunately... and a lesson to all brands planning to
do a flashmob, don't... it's done & dusted, T-Mobile took it to the extreme and beyond!

But sure do a flashmob if you can do something original, different or bigger ;-)

Will Twitter Crumble Under the Apple Tablet’s Weight?

We’re still a couple of hours away from Steve Jobs taking the stage to unveil Apple’s tablet, but Twitter

appears to already be feeling the weight, with timeline delays hitting the service this morning.

As of 11:00am ET, timeline delays for many users have swelled to 4-5 minutes. That means the whole “real-time”

aspect of using Twitter for breaking news is out of play at the moment, which is especially damaging on a day where

so much breaking news is expected (Obama’s State of the Union address also airs tonight).

Of course, such issues are far from undocumented in the brief history of Twitter. It was a little more than two years

ago that a Steve Jobs keynote at Macworld brought down Twitter, then in its infancy. Oh, how times have not really

changed that much.

Sixt: Blow The Clouds Away

Jung von Matt/Elbe (Germany) help Sixt car rentals... but more importantly make the citizens of Halle very happy
people. This is top of mind advertising and communication at it's best, great idea!!! Would love to know the results
in numbers and the cost of doing such a concept. Sandro Wolf should get the key to the city, that's for sure!

Massive Attack - Paradise Circus (Unofficial Video)

The new Massive Attack album, titled Heligoland is released on February 8th. I'm not sure if it will have the impact of
previous albums but it's really great to have Daddy G back. Guest vocalists include: Martina Topley Bird,
Damon Albarn and long time collaborator Horace Andy, to name a few.

This is NOT the official video above, but the first single off the album set to the movie The Fall by Tarsem Singh.
Great simple visuals that work so well with the track! This track will be everywhere when released I'm sure...
it's currently getting a lot of air play.

The official video is of course a little more controversial, which I doubt will make it to air on MTV...

NOT SAFE FOR WORK as contains graphic footage, including 1973's - The Devil In Miss Jones.

Hello everyone. Thought it was time I posted a post after an extended holiday from blogging ;-)
Hope everyone had a great xmas and New Year and the start of 2010 isn't too painful. I was in Japan for the holidays,
which was an amazing experience and a very different way to spend the holiday season. Planning the next trip now ;-)

Below are some photos and images from the trip...
